Produced by Jim Albritton | Put Brighton Beach on your UK travel list. It’s got to be the easiest, most enjoyable day trip you can take from London. There is so much you can see and do in just one day. With hourly train departures, tickets are usually inexpensive and always easy book. Here’s a look at my day in Brighton, including the Brighton Palace Pier, a hop on/off bus, the Hove beach huts, the Upside Down House and the i360, one of the world’s most spectacular high-rise observation platforms. McComb | The Town the Railroad Built Celebrates Its Past

Produced by Jim Albritton | Hundreds celebrated National Train Day in McComb, Mississippi at the city's award-winning railroad museum. They toured passenger, sleeper and dining cars on Amtrak's "City of New Orleans" train and the historic postal and office railcars just added to the Steam Engine 2542 display next to the city's depot. | Visit the McComb Railroad Museum online.

McComb, Mississippi was founded in 1872 after Col. Henry S. McComb of the New Orleans, Jackson and Great Northern Railroad, a predecessor of the Illinois Central Railroad (now part of the Canadian National Railway), decided to move the railroad's maintenance shops away from New Orleans and the negative influence of the city's saloons.
